TERMS & CONDITIONS
The final cost may deviate due to operational requirements. Surcharges will be applicable as follows:
- S$20 per 15-minute block, payable in cash directly to the driver.
- 100% prepayment is required before the trip commences.
- Prices are inclusive of 9% GST.

For all arrival meet & greet service, the driver will be on-site 20 minutes after your flight lands, with a 1-hour grace period from the time the flight landed. Beyond this time frame, drivers will be released or waiting time charges will be incurred upon agreement with Lylo.
For all departure services and arrival without meet & greet service, a 15-minute grace period will be provided from the scheduled pick-up time. Beyond this timeframe, drivers will be released, or waiting time charges will be incurred upon agreement with Lylo.
Any waiting time exceeding the grace period, barring instances beyond the passenger’s control (e.g., flight arrival delays), will be subject to Waiting Time Surcharges per 15-minute block.
During occasions when drivers have already waited past the 1 hour waiting time upon flight touchdown, drivers have the right to stand down even if the pax is contactable as drivers might have trips planned ahead, and the waiting time for this booking is uncertain.
Rates are inclusive of vehicle, chauffeur, toll fees and fuel.
- If amendments/cancellations are made more than 72 hours before the trip date and time, no penalties or charges will be applied for amendments or cancellations within this notice period. You will be entitled to a 95% refund of your deposit should you choose to cancel.
- If amendments/cancellations are made more than 24 hours, but less than 72 hours before the trip date and time, a penalty fee of 50% of the total amount paid will be charged. The remaining 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded to you (if applicable).
- If amendments/cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the trip date and time, your advance payment will be forfeited, you will not be eligible for any refunds.
Black-out dates not allowed for booking. Black-out dates will include:
1-week pre, during and post Singapore Grand Prix weekend;
1-week pre, during and post Christmas holidays;
1-week pre, during and post Chinese New Year holidays;
1-week pre, during and post Singapore Airshow.
