   1. Cardmembers should provide their drivers with updated arrival details, including any changes to the expected arrival time or pick-up location etc.

   2. For all arrival meet & greet services, the driver will be on standby at the flight’s landing time and will wait for up to 60 minutes thereafter. After the given grace period of 60 minutes, driver will inform Cardmember and proceed to leave.

   3. For all departure services, a 20 minutes grace period will be provided from the scheduled pick-up time. Beyond this time frame, drivers will inform Cardmember and proceed to leave.​
