Entry to West Malaysia is allowed with a daily surcharge of S$25. For the avoidance of doubt, West Malaysia constitutes the following states: Johor, Malacca, Negeri, Sembilan, Selangor, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Perlis.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation and 100% refund if pickup timing is more than 72 hours away. If pickup timing is beween 24 to 72 hours, only a 50% refund will be made. If pickup timing is less than 24 hours away, no refunds will be made.
What is Collision Damage Waiver?
- To protect you from excessive liabilities in the event of a vehicle accident, CDW is a compulsory requirement when renting a car with Lylo!
- It is already factored within the daily rental rate and is not an additional cost to you.
- The vehicle excess stated below is the maximum amount you have to pay out of pocket in the event of an accident. In the event that the cost and losses incurred by the company is less than the excess payable, the insurance excess will be refunded to you. All prices are subjected to prevailing GST.
