Before you pickup your vehicle
Sign the e-Contract
Sign the e-contract sent to your email for a faster pickup process
Bring Necessary Documents
Includes main drivers and additional drivers
Singaporeans:
- Driver’s NRIC
- Driving License
*Digital copy of documents via Singpass is accepted.
Foreigners:
- Passport
- Driving License
- International Driving Permit (if required)
Prepare the Deposit
A security deposit will be collected, in the form of a security deposit authorisation hold via Credit Card (preferred) or Cash at the time of car collection.
Before you return your vehicle
Check the Fuel Level
To avoid additional charges, please ensure that the fuel level is the same as when you first received the vehicle.
Be on Time
Please return the vehicle within the 1-hour grace period as an additional day of rental will be charged for late returns.
Wait for Your Deposit
If your deposit is made via PayNow, it will be returned to you within 3-5 working days after you return the vehicle, provided there are no outstanding payments due.
If your security deposit is made via a Credit Card hold or Cash, it will be released immediately at the point of vehicle return, provided there are no outstanding payments due.
